I hate it when I forget. And I do so waaaay too much.
I forgot my Milk Thistle! Dangit. And when I started taking it again, I felt so much better. The next day I was about half way back, and the day after that about 70% back. Now I’m all the way back and I feel so much better. I also took the day off work yesterday, and slept most of the day, which also helped.
The good news is I finally feel better today, better than I have since we got back from Nationals. Whew. I so hate feeling bad.
But I’m sold on herbs. I wonder what else out there can help me. 🙂
