Well, personally, I use google feedreader. Of course, one must keep in mind that I'm a rather low-key reader of the feeds. I have one roll from PPP that I look over maybe once a day or so and click on any headlines that look interesting. (Like this one)
And I have a separate list of about two feeds and a podcast that I follow religiously. So.. I have nothing super heavy for google to be carrying.

I'm not a fan of the online feedreaders. I love using my desktop program http://www.feedreader.com . So whenever I want to read feeds, I just open it up, and feeds start updating. I even get a little popup show off to the side on which websites are updating as the feeds come through. Absolutely love it!!
