Squidoo Dog Blog Lens

So I’m learning about Squidoo, and there are things I really like about it. I have a lens for Tip Tail but I haven’t updated it for a while, I really need to add more and learn some good layout tips from other lenses.

There is a dog blog lens that looks great. I’m surprised Johann hasn’t told me about it! He’s the Squidoo dog champ. ;) Anyway, check it out, looks like a great dog blog resource.

And we all love computer stuff, including intranet software, it’s fun to be a dog geek and a computer geek. ;) These guys have a 30 day free trial of their software, they offer hosted management and website content management.

    Just learned about it today when we got back from the trial. It’s a great lens from GollyGear! They do good work.

    on your recommendation, I skipped…or squished…over to Squidoo and made a page..(can’t resist the opportunity to tag space!!)…

    but after I published it, I noticed some google ads for obvious puppymillers/byb s…

    I put a disclaimer up…but it’s bugging me…what do you think about being used like that? I’d be interested to hear what other RDOs think!

    Interesting Elizabeth! I have over 25 lenses and only on one (my Rescue Me lens) did a puppy mill type of ad show up. I just changed my tags to indicate rescue and shelter adoption, and stayed away from just dog adoption (general) and the google ads are related to rescue organizations now. You may try playing with your tags, because in Squidoo they are directly related to the tags. Hope that works!

    Johann…you know what I think it was? I had added “papillons” as a tag…So I removed it. Now I mostly have training ads…
    It’s “The Art and Science of Collies” by the way…;-)
