I have over 25 lenses and only on one (my Rescue Me lens) did a puppy mill type of ad show up. I just changed my tags to indicate rescue and shelter adoption, and stayed away from just dog adoption (general) and the google ads are related to rescue organizations now. You may try playing with your tags, because in Squidoo they are directly related to the tags. Hope that works! Interesting Elizabeth!
