		<description>These could be way off....but I like the Premier harness because it is non restrictive and they use the really soft webbing ... no sharp edges.

I know lots of flyball people whose dogs flyball in these and I have one on order for Moxie (pink of course) She also has a escape proof version. SHe primarily designs these for sight hounds, so I would imagine it would fit a collie shape quite nicely.
