Happy Halloween

Working from home today, good thing too because going to work was a pain, literally, with my sprained ankle yesterday. So no costume for me or the dogs. Oh well. The dogs prefer not to be dressed up anyway. In Las Vegas at flyball and agility they had costume contests. They were fun and every year I want to get costumes for my dogs, and then I never do. Not enough time, not enough energy.

Oh well. Maybe someday. I should get some Harry Potter costume for the dogs. But since I can’t sew, making them myself would be way too much work!

  1. Happy Halloween. I hope you’re staying off your ankle. I sprained mine a few years ago and kept walking on it. Finally the doctor said no weight until no pain.

Work managed to find crutches for me though. 🙂

  3. Hi Jan thanks for your comment I needed that. I hate the crutches. I can walk on it but it still hurts, so I feel dorky with the crutches, but dorky without them too. So I can’t let feelings of dorkiness affect me. I want it to heal up so I can do dog things, I miss dog things already. I hobbled around the house yesterday on just my ankle, probably shouldn’t have. Hurts again today. I’m at work today so if I don’t drink much I won’t have to get up much to go to the bathroom. No other reason to get up!
