You know, I have said for four (or has it been five?) years now, ever since I started doing agility, that we need to have holodecks like in Star Trek where we can practice in an authentic competition environment. I would so love that. Train there, work through all the distractions… but maybe that’s one of the whole points of agility, that you never can really train for a competition environment. Not unless you have fun matches to go to, where you trial. Around here we might have one or two a year, if we are lucky. We didn’t have any last winter.

Even though I have not found a virtual agility game, I have found a virtual football game. I used to watch a lot of football when I was in High School, and the other day I was thinking I would, sometimes, like to do so again. This game is an MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game) which are my favorite kind! So if you want to know football superstars, or be one yourself, you can download it this fall and play.

My cousins back in Chicago played soccer when they were younger, so it’s kinda in the family, too. And if you are new to soccer, or you know all about it, this game looks like fun for both!

So until a virtual dog agility game comes out, this might be fun!

I’m Lovin’ my dogs. And I’m really having a great time blogging about them! In fact, of all my six blogs (yeah I think it’s up to six now) this one is my favorite one to update and keep on top of. And in order to blog when I want and have a good set of blogs, I needed to find a host that has an excellent web host rating“>web host rating.

I looked around a lot, and utilized articles and tutorials, too, especially ones about cheap web hosting. Cheap is all well and good, but reliability is even more important. So a combo of both is the best!

So if you are looking for a host, you’ll want to check host ratings to find a good one!

There is a fairly new pay to blog company out there that I’ve signed up with. I do blog for money once in a while, though I try to keep it small and subdued on this blog, because I really love to blog about dogs and dog things and so I don’t want some weird posts to appear that don’t seem to have anything to do with the blog… but sometimes I do it anyway. LOL. Anyway, SocialSpark.com is new and I’m not sure I like their layout yet, but hopefully they will grow and get better over time.

They need more advertisers, though. And I would love to see more pet related advertisers. There are a lot of dog and cat people out on the web, and other animal people, and to get some animal advertisers to get their product information out to the blogosphere would be awesome. We need quality dog food in the market, toys, beds, and other animal things.

The dog food industry has had so many problems as of late, and we need good quality dog food for our dogs. That’s healthy, that’s not tainted with anything bad. There are dehydrated dog food companies, and frozen dog food companies, and even kibble dog food companies that could really get their information out if they were to check out Social Spark. So maybe they will find this a good way to get their products better known!

When I do agility, there is a class called Gamblers that is a lot of fun. You have to run your dog around and get as many obstacles as you can, and each obstacle is worth a certain number of points. You want as many points as you can get in the time they give you, which is usually 25 seconds. Then when the buzzer goes off after 25 seconds, you have to do a certain sequence of obstacles, that is called the gamble.

When I walk the course I use my watch to see how long it’ll take me and Chase to get as many obstacles as we can before the buzzer goes off. For this, of course, I need a nice new watch! And I’ve been looking at Citizen watches because they are oh so nice!

Plus, they have Unstoppable Ambassadors, currently, on their website and their accomplishments… very cool and interesting. My favorite is Nicole Vaidisova.. my friend at work plays tennis, and so I have a soft spot for tennis. And Nicole started young, and started winning titles before she was 17 years old! Wow!

And I love the watch she is featuring, too… sleek, pretty, and it would be a nice addition to my agility outfit!

Dogs have it lucky in a way.. they are dogs, and humans don’t really want to be dogs (well okay, some of us toy with the idea sometimes lol). But dogs are usually just happy with who they are, and don’t want to be another dog, either.

Humans, on the other hand, have many reasons to steal another person’s identity. Usually it’s money. They want to steal your credit score or credit card information so they can get to your money. Isn’t it nice that dogs don’t care about money?

A company called lifelock might be able to help us humans so we don’t have our identity stolen. I sure need all my money for my dog habit!
